  Bourbon infused with banana peel, Cacachilas lime, vanilla syrup, and Red Ale beer.

  Seasonal Garden Salad
  Fresh vegetables and greens from the Cacachilas gardens with balsamic reduction, oyster aioli, and torote cheese.

  Main Course
  Orange-brined roasted pork served with roasted vegetables, garlic oil, and rosemary.

  Side Dishes

  • Mashed potatoes with gravy and confit cherry tomatoes

  • Sweet potato purée

  • Focaccia with stout beer reduction

  Dessert
  Pecan pie with vanilla mousse.
