Valentine’s Day Dinner

Indulge yourself and your significant other, with an evening of fine dining and live romantic music played by Anabel Chávez. We invite you to join us for a culinary experience as you take in the breathtaking views of the starry sky. 

You’ll be treated to an exquisite four-course dinner made with love and fresh ingredients form our orchards, with wine service at your table, a complimentary cocktail, soft cello music in the background, and the night sky displayed above, a night perfect for cherishing romantic memories.

Make the experience sweeter by staying at our Ranch Adventure Camp on a Palapa-Casita or a Ranch Suite, sleeping surrounded by the sounds of nature and waking up with a beautiful and rosy sunrise over the Sea of Cortez.

Welcome cocktail

FIRST COURSE
Blue corn infladita, filled with goat cheese and hibiscus flower
Top of orchard flower petals and chipotle cream

SECOND COURSE
Peruvian ceviche of Sol Azul oyster*
Citrus tanned oyster, accompanied by red onion, roasted sweet potato and a variety of radishes; covered with tiger's milk
*Oysters from the sustainable ovster farm of Sol Azul

MAIN COURSE
Goat steak* crusted with pumpkin seeds
Black pepper, Torote cheese and wild plum in brine; with a side of a hediondilla and flowers gel, bathed in three sauces, hibiscus reduction, vegetable and white sauces
*Regenerative grazing, natural goat meat from our ranch

DESSERT
Sweet papaya
Covered with vanilla bean crème diplomat, hazelnut ganache and date ice cream top with ginger air and purple tuile


Bar available with cocktails, wine and craft beer.
