RESERVING Multi-day Tours:
A $300.00 USD non-refundable deposit per person is required at the time the reservation is made.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to your trip start date.
A change in date will be permitted at no cost up until 60 days prior to the trip start date.
Reservations not paid in full prior to 60 days of the trip departure date are subject to cancellation.
Trip prices are per person and based on double occupancy.
reserving Day Tours & Workshops:
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your reservation is only guaranteed after payment in full has been received. Without proper payment, your reservation may be cancelled.
A change in date will be permitted at no cost up until 2 weeks prior to the scheduled trip start date for day tours, or to a different workshop, where possible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel between 8 and 3 weeks before the trip start date, less your non-refundable deposit.
No refunds are possible if you cancel your trip less than 3 weeks before the trip start date.
There are no refunds for last minute cancellations (regardless of illness, injury or any other reasons), no shows or late arrivals.
Trips go rain or shine.
Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to adventures@RanchoCacachilas.com.
Reasonable changes in trips and tours may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the participants, including cancellation due to extreme weather, insufficient bookings, and other factors. A full refund will be given if we are forced to cancel a trip or tour.
Rancho Cacachilas is a team effort across all out staff - from our trail builders, to the people that work in the gardens, to your guides. As a result, all gratuities are split among all staff working at the ranch. Together, we are happy to host you! Tips are always appreciated, but are entirely at your discretion, based on the level of service you receive.
Tour Registration & Waiver Form:
All Rancho Cacachilas guests must complete a Guest Registration Form and a waiver form upon booking your multi-day tour, day tour, or workshop. Every participant in a group must complete her or his own form. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign their form. We will send you the link to these forms in your reservation confirmation invoice, after booking. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Written notice must be given on the registration form of any physical, mental, or emotional condition that may require professional attention or special equipment during your tour or workshop with Rancho Cacachilas. Trip participants are responsible for all necessary items related to any medical conditions. Failure to disclose any such known conditions may result in cancellation of your trip, and in such event Rancho Cacachilas shall have no liability, financial or otherwise.
Health and Fitness
You should be in good physical health to participate in our Multi-day Tours, Day Tours or Workshops. Please discuss any health and medical questions you may have with your doctor prior to your trip. Rancho Cacachilas reserves the right to decline participation to any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety, or enjoyment of that participant or any other participant. Rancho Cacachilas is not responsible for the cost of any medical treatment a trip participant may require during a trip.
