OUR ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
PALAPA CASITA
Our spacious safari-style tents, called Palapa Casitas, blend modern comfort with natural charm. They are equipped with a comfortable King Size bed or two singles (your choice), a terrace with a hammock, table and chairs, wardrobe, dresser, lights, battery to recharge your phone, and other amenities. Sleep with the sounds of nature and wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez.
RANCH SUITES
If you prefer a more traditional experience, our Ranch Suites are the perfect choice. These rooms are beautifully decorated with rustic elegance combined with modern luxuries. Perfect for families and friends, they feature a Queen Size bed, a single bunk bed (for children), a wardrobe, a small table with chairs, lights, outlets, an exterior terrace with views of the Sea of Cortez, and an upper terrace with 360° views of La Ventana Bay and the Sierra de las Cacachilas.

As a token of our appreciation for your participation in the Don Diablo Trail Run, we are delighted to offer exclusive prices on our accommodations. We understand that your journey may require rest, tranquility, and recharging, so we provide a comfortable space to prepare and recover.

Food: Delight in our delicious farm-to-table meals, with ingredients from our gardens and locally sourced, adapted to various dietary preferences.
Relaxation: Before or after the race, our Ranch offers relaxation spaces where you can read, meditate, or simply enjoy the tranquility of nature.

Very important
Rancho Cacachilas does not have a reception, and a guide will open the gate for your entry. Possible entry times are as follows:
3pm: With this entry, we include a walk around the ranch, tack room, mules, gardens. Welcome cocktail and dinner.
5pm: With this entry, the walk is NOT possible. We include a welcome cocktail and dinner.
8pm: Includes a welcome cocktail and dinner.
If you need to enter after this time, please request it no later than November 15 before 3pm in writing to contact@ranchocacachilas.com.
For runners staying with us, your race kit will be waiting for you at the camp. You do NOT need to go to the event in La Paz to pick up your kit. It is VERY important to include all runner’s numbers when registering your reservation (three-digit runner number, not reservation number).
The race does not start or finish in the camp area, and the path between the two places will be used by the race at different points, so:
We must transport at a designated time before the event starts (the guide will let you know the night before) to be at the start on time.
Transportation between the camp and the finish line is possible but not available all the time. We will have to wait until it is not being used by runners or staff, and guides can help with timing.
