This culinary experience brings together two kitchens in a unique collaboration, where each restaurant contributes its culinary identity to create a shared narrative—one that reflects the region’s history and territory. Inspired by the mining era that shaped El Triunfo and fostered a rich cultural exchange, this experience celebrates those roots through food.
More than just a dinner, this event is designed as a casual and organic sensory journey, where guests actively engage and gain insight into the origin of each dish, the techniques used, and the story behind the collaboration.
