5:00 PM – Registration and Tour of the orchard, saddles, etc.
6:00 PM – Bonfire is lit
6:20 PM – Welcome Cocktail
6:30 PM – Presentation of the Collaboration
6:45 PM – Dinner is served
8:00 PM – Dinner ends. Time to dance. Stargazing. Bonfire.
9:00 PM – Music and event end.
