5-Course Menu

1st Course

Cacachilas garden bouquet, Sol Azul oyster aioli dressing, crispy bacon, and Torote cheese.

2nd Course

Pork belly, sweet potato purée, Cacachilas candied vegetables, Miller beer reduction, and cornbread.

3rd Course

Roasted turkey with traditional stuffing, cranberry sauce spheres, mandarin and rosemary glaze, warm potato foam, gravy, and cornbread.

4th Course

Orange and thyme sorbet.

5th Course

Deconstructed pumpkin spice pie.

Itinerary

4:00 p.m. – Meet with Rancho Cacachilas staff at the main gate for a warm welcome.

4:15 p.m. – Transfer to Rancho Gaspareño and guided tour through the garden, corrals, and saddle room.

5:00 p.m. – “Gratitude” welcome cocktail and sunset gathering.

6:30 p.m. – Five-course Thanksgiving Dinner, prepared with local and seasonal ingredients.

7:00 p.m. – Live music under the stars.

7:30 p.m. – Bonfire, star gazing and warm beverages.

8:30 p.m. – Heartfelt closing filled with gratitude and community.
